The purpose of the Dr. Dan Reid Memorial Challenge Recital Dr. Dan Reid Memorial Solo Piping Competition is to promote the music of the great highland bagpipe. We accomplish this by exposing players and enthusiasts to the music at the highest level of competition possible: Piobaireachd.
